User Service Agreement
1. Parties
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Hostagen Web Hosting Services, headquartered at Serdar Mah. Küba Sok. No:8 Başiskele, Kocaeli ("Company"), and the customer receiving the services ("Customer") under the terms set forth below.
2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the web hosting, domain registration, server rental, and other internet services provided by the Company to the Customer.

Personal Data and General Privacy Agreement
1. General Provisions
This agreement sets forth the principles regarding the protection of personal data and privacy within the scope of the services provided by Hostagen Web Hosting Services ("Company").

The Company shall process personal data provided by the Customer such as name, surname, address, phone number, and email address for the purpose of providing and improving its services.
The collected data may be shared with relevant public authorities when required by legal obligations.
The Customer gives explicit consent for the processing of their personal data.
3. Protection of Personal Data
The Company shall take technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data.

This agreement enters into force on the date the service is purchased.
